I was reading reviews for the Angry Chair book and someone wrote that Nancy is writing a new book about Layne and that he/she even got to include a poem dedicated to Layne. I'm wondering if it's true?

I hope so because Layne deserves a good book about him. I even feel like writing something for him since my writing skills are not too shabby :P I'd like something with anecdotes from his family, friends, and fans though rather than trying to disect Layne's life.

So does anyone know?

I don't know if Nancy is writing a book about Layne, but I agree he certainly deserves better than that piece of crap that was written.

....if anyone ever writes about Layne & AIC ever again, I hope it is Nancy or someone who REALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT....

Both books so far are only good for toilet paper or firewood..... :P

It's my understanding too that an authorized biography is in it's beginnings...

I think it's wonderful news, and I'm sure will finally give Layne the respect he deserves, but so rarely gets in print...

That doesn't surprise me.....Nancy makes up for anyone that the band misses meeting/knowing.......

I've said it before, and I'll say it forever: Layne's last gift to his fans was his Mom :wink:

Ok, now I would buy that one.... I hope that it's soon. When I read Angry Chair I thought to myself, "Self, someone needs to put out his poems and art work"... I think it would sell better and give you better idea that Layne was more than an addict. He was such creative person. That is the last time I plug that damn book..... I thought it was a waste of an hour and a half........ Muzikman76
