They can't be too hard to find, what's stopping you?
Actually Rev, the reason I'm here is because I thought of you today. I decided to get my kids an air hockey table for Christmas, and had my eyes on a nice 7-ft model that was mostly grey. It would've fit right in with my neutral-colored rec room. I'd been waiting for it to go on sale (as things of that sort so often do this time of year), and Sports Authority obliged. So I went to get it, but they were out of stock. I almost got myself out the doors, but the display next to mine kept drawing my attention. This one cost more, but they were all half price. And it just looked so appealing. So in true American fashion, I made the immediate gratification decision...
I now have an 8-ft black and red table dominating half the room, and I can't figure out exactly how it got there -- the whole thing is so out of character for me. Then your black and red thing flashed into my thoughts, and I have to wonder if that idea got planted in my head somehow.
Anyway, I have to say thank you if it did. I still smile every time I walk in the room -- it just invites fun, and actually looks really good. Obviously, the kids got their big present early this year. I have had a blast with it so far, but still find it very odd that I made such choices.
Just thought you might get a laugh out of the whole thing.
