    Intonation and Practice

Could anyone please tell me how to establish the best possible intonation on an RX Series Ibanez. Also I am really struggling to get from just playing chord progressions into actual solos and riffs, and the trial and error thing is really getting old. Any suggestions/recommendations on a practice method/book?

    Re: Intonation and Practice

hey dude, i know how you feel! what i do is i will listen to a certain solo probably 20 + times, then play it about the same amount until i get it right, its really good ear training, so i say learn other people's solos, hope that helps!

    Cheers,
