Am I the only person who goes through periods when you really suck. Or just have trouble learning new songs? Because I have that right now.Then once I learn something new, I snap out it.

It is natural to have off days, that is being human.  You will always have times where you plateau, and all you can do to get away from that is play yourself out of it.  Remember this also, practice technical skills just as often as you do songs.  This way you will have the tools as well as the repertoire in which to show them off.
