......Jerry needs to work that PR machine a little more cleaverly.......drop a word or two, every two weeks, about the upcoming album, for months ahead of time.......all of his musician buddies do it all the time, he should too.......get the hype happening, get the enthusiasm going, give the fans something to look forward to.......work it.......

i almost pissed my pants when i read that he was planning to start working on new material. I can't wait until it comes out, I'll be the first to buy it at the local CD store \m/

arent we all! The first post is what i think, hes had fun with the cardboard vamps and other friends, now its time for Jerry to release his won stuff. It will happen before long!

......it will happen as long as he doesn't get sidetracked with this reunion jam thing......

I think as Cantrellians *giggles* we have the patience of Job but for God's sake IT'S TIME for new music and tour. I don't care if it's solo or with a reunion...I just want to be able to see a live show.

As far as the sound, not that I want to be picky or lick a gift horse in the mouth, I'm sure I will love the sound no matter what, HOWEVER *giggles*
I would prefer that it be some kick you in your ass hardcore music, with a country tune thrown in for good measure...giggles I'm a southern girl so I have got to have some sort of country in there...yeah that's it a country/metal album...:lol:

I think it would be awesome if after Jerry releases his new solo album, whenever that is, he released a live or acoustic live album shortly after. I'd love to have some of his live solo stuff on CD.
